Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) are organic chemical compounds that when exposed, vaporise and enter the atmosphere. Vapours of VOC's escaping into the air contribute to air pollution resulting in the generation of green house gas and subsequently leading to global warming. As it is important that we all do our bit, Concept trailers have selected a Powder paint system for our chassis which apart from the improved mechanical and corrosion resistance, results in a dramatically reduction in VOC’s as demonstrated below and in overall Carbon Dioxide emissions. This system therefore helps us in meeting both our on and our customers environmental targets now and for the future.
