Established in 2003 Concept Trailers, a division within JMF has grown to be a recognised brand name within the industry. Having heavily invested in a state of the art chassis shop we are equipped to handle high volumes.
Using the latest advanced cutting and robotic welding techniques, our chassis components are produced in-house to the highest standards. Secondary manufacturing processes include powder coating (offering superior durability and corrosion resistance), wet painting, shot blasting and hot dip galvanising.
We can offer our customers off-the shelf vehicles or have the flexibility to build bespoke customer specifications.Our ever expanding product range includes platforms, PSK’s skeletals, coil carriers & curtainsiders.
Based in Northern Ireland as a division within JMF,we have the facility to produce not for our local market but also to export to the UK, Southern Ireland and mainland Europe.
Powder Coating System
Concept trailers utilise a state of the art Powder Coating system to ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance in the field, enabling Chassis to look better for longer against its Wet paint equivalent.
